Your personal data should remain under meaningful control.

This is the central rights-request channel for the Capital Blueprint website, Capital Blueprint OS and Capital Blueprint Connect. It supports requests under applicable privacy laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
01

Submit a data subject request

Use this form for your own information or if you are legally authorised to act for another person. Select the precise outcome you want. For partial deletion, correction or updating, describe the particular information involved.

Do not upload or include identity documents in this form. If verification is required, we will provide an appropriate secure process.

If the form is unavailable, email compliance@capital-blueprint.com. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, identity documents or sensitive financial information by ordinary email.

02

Available request options

RequestWhat it means
Access or portable copyConfirm whether we process your data and, where applicable, receive a copy or qualifying portable export.
CorrectionCorrect information that is factually inaccurate.
UpdateComplete information or replace details that are no longer current.
Partial deletionIdentify selected personal data you want deleted while leaving the remainder of the account or relationship in place.
Account deletionClose a Capital Blueprint Connect or other eligible account and delete associated data that may lawfully be erased.
Full eligible erasureRequest erasure of all personal data that is no longer necessary and is not subject to a lawful retention requirement—the right commonly called the right to be forgotten.
Restriction, objection or consent withdrawalLimit qualifying processing, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis.

Rights and exceptions differ by jurisdiction. You do not need to identify a particular statute before submitting a request.

03

Who is responsible for the information

Capital Blueprint generally controls website enquiries, direct account administration, service security, support and its own legal obligations. A subscriber tenant—such as a fund manager, administrator, family office or financial-services organisation—will generally control personal data it places in its Capital Blueprint tenant and related investor or client workflows.

Subscriber-controlled informationIf your information relates to an investor, client, fund or subscriber workflow, the subscriber organisation will usually be responsible for deciding the request. You may contact it directly or use this page. Where Capital Blueprint acts as processor or operator, we will securely route the request to the relevant subscriber and support its response.
04

Deletion, PII and legally retained financial records

We distinguish personal information that can be erased from records that must be preserved. Contact details, optional profile information, marketing preferences, device registrations and other PII may be corrected, updated or deleted where there is no continuing lawful need to retain it.

Financial-services records may be subject to statutory, regulatory, tax, accounting, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, audit, transaction-evidence, fiduciary, dispute or legal-claims retention duties. This can include identity and KYC evidence, beneficial-ownership information, instructions, approvals, transaction records, accounting records, consent or authority evidence, security events and immutable audit trails. Such information cannot be deleted merely because an account is closed or an erasure request is made while a valid retention duty continues.

Deletion is not an all-or-nothing outcomeWhere one record must legally be retained, that does not permit unrelated PII to be kept indefinitely. We assess data by purpose and category, delete eligible information, restrict retained records from ordinary use where appropriate, and explain the applicable reason and expected retention approach where law permits.

Removing Capital Blueprint Connect from a device does not itself submit an account or data deletion request. Select Capital Blueprint Connect and the relevant deletion option in the form above.

05

What happens after submission

  1. Receipt: you receive an on-screen request reference.
  2. Verification: we may ask for proportionate identity or authority evidence through a secure channel. We never ask for your password or authentication code.
  3. Responsibility: we identify whether Capital Blueprint, a subscriber tenant or another organisation controls the information.
  4. Assessment: we locate relevant data, apply your requested scope and assess legal rights, exceptions and retention duties.
  5. Response: we respond without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. If a lawful extension is necessary, we will explain it.

We generally do not charge for a request. Applicable law may allow a reasonable fee or refusal for a manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive request; if relied upon, the basis will be explained.
