A real choice, presented without dark patterns.

How we use cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text records stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, software-development kits and device identifiers. They may be used to:
- deliver pages and maintain secure sessions;
- protect forms and accounts against fraud or abuse;
- remember language, accessibility and interface preferences;
- measure website performance and diagnose errors;
- understand which public content or calls to action are useful; and
- measure campaigns or marketing activity where separately enabled.
The authenticated Capital Blueprint OS platform may use strictly necessary session, authentication, security and tenant-routing technologies that are essential to provide the service requested by the enterprise customer and user. Information about those operational technologies is provided in the relevant product privacy and security materials.
Cookie categories and default treatment
| Category | Purpose | Default | Consent approach |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Security, network delivery, authentication, session continuity, consent storage and requested functionality. | Active | No optional consent toggle where the technology is genuinely necessary for the requested service. |
| Functional | Optional preferences that improve convenience but are not essential. | Off | Enabled only after a positive choice where consent is required. |
| Analytics and performance | Audience measurement, performance, error and interaction analysis. | Off | Enabled only after consent unless a specific lawful exemption is confirmed and documented. |
| Marketing | Campaign attribution, advertising measurement, retargeting or cross-site tracking. | Off | Requires prior, specific consent and should not be bundled with analytics. |
Consent is requested by purpose rather than by provider. A provider used for several purposes must not receive data for an optional purpose unless that category has been accepted.
Current technology register
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
cb_cookie_preferences | Capital Blueprint | Records category choices, version and save time so the site does not repeatedly ask and can respect the selected settings. | Strictly necessary first-party cookie and local-storage mirror. | Up to 180 days. |
| Authentication and session technologies | Capital Blueprint | Not currently set by the public marketing website. If authenticated services are enabled, strictly necessary technologies may support secure sign-in, session continuity, CSRF protection and tenant routing. | Strictly necessary when an authenticated service is requested. | Session duration or a limited security period, as documented when deployed. |
| Optional functional technologies | None currently deployed | No optional functional cookie or local-storage technology is currently used by the public marketing website. | Functional; prior consent where required. | Not applicable. |
| Analytics and performance technologies | None currently deployed | No analytics provider or optional analytics storage is currently configured on the public marketing website. | Analytics; disabled unless prior consent is obtained. | Not applicable. |
| Marketing and advertising technologies | None currently deployed | No advertising, retargeting, campaign-attribution or cross-site tracking technology is currently configured. | Marketing; disabled unless prior consent is obtained. | Not applicable. |
Capital Blueprint does not currently use an analytics or advertising provider on this website. If that changes, this register will be updated with the relevant technologies, providers, purposes and retention periods before they are enabled.
Consent, proof, refusal and withdrawal
Where consent is required, it should be:
- prior — optional technology is not read or written before the choice;
- freely given — access is not conditioned on unnecessary tracking;
- specific — separate purposes can be accepted or refused independently;
- informed — the user receives clear information before choosing;
- unambiguous — silence, continued browsing and pre-ticked controls are not acceptance;
- demonstrable — the consent version, categories and time are recorded; and
- withdrawable — refusal or withdrawal is as accessible as acceptance.
Your preference record expires after no more than 180 days. We will also request consent again if a material purpose, provider, recipient, data type or international-transfer arrangement changes.
Browser, device and privacy controls
You can also delete or block cookies through browser settings. Doing so may remove the preference record, cause the site to ask again or prevent authentication and requested functionality from working correctly.
Private-browsing modes, browser extensions and enterprise device policies may restrict storage independently of this page. This website does not currently interpret “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals as category-specific cookie choices, so please use the controls above to record your preferences.
Changes, privacy information and contact
We may update this page when technologies, providers or purposes change. Material changes should be reflected in the register and, where necessary, trigger a new consent request.
For information about personal-data processing, recipients, transfers, retention and rights, read the Privacy notice.
Questions about cookie use may be sent to compliance@capital-blueprint.com.
